The original one I received didn’t turn on despite troubleshooting. I messaged the seller and received a speedy response and they sent me a new handle. The second one worked perfectly and was easy to re-install. It’s really easy to set up your fingerprint and passcode. It feels well made and durable. We have installed on our garage and it’s so easy to open the door with just your fingerprint instead of a key. It does include 2 keys for manual locking/unlocking just in case, as well as a micro-usb port to connect power in case the batteries die unexpectedly.
