I was about to return since there was no instructions on how to reset the lock with new combo. But once I figured it out it’s fine. There’s a little button in the bottom, you need to push and set new combo to set. It’s not super secure, I’m just using to lock up a case for airport checkin luggage.This product is good for maybe a quick deterrent, but it's not very secure. I accidentally broke one just trying to get it to loop around two cabinet handles. So obviously if anyone was really trying to break into it, it wouldn't take much effort. Overall, it's good enough for my purpose, but I wouldn't use it to prevent theft or anything like that.Works great for A helmet lock.Great product and looks like it’s good quality, only one problem……… they didn’t send me the instructions or combinations so they are useless. Back they go.We use a simple lock combo and it always gets stuck and we can’t unlock. One of them completely just wouldn’t open and we had to cut it off.Perfect for my needs. It's held up so far.Returned as soon as I opened the box. Very cheaply made.No instructions came with in box. Found some included on Amazon. Area you depress to reset numbers for combo to open lock would not work. Needed lock to reliable. It was not so returned and hoping a different one I ordered will be functional.
