My YEEUU Smart Door Lock died after two months and it's too late to return it. I have been in touch with their Support group in China, which amounted to resetting the lock which I have already done previously.Initially, the lock worked great, however the finger print reader is quirky. I had to try 3-4 times for the lock to open. After I replaced the batteries, though the company touts a battery life of up to a year, the problems started. The lock started to behave strangely where the LED lights wouldn't turn off for a long time. Then over time, the lock function began deteriorating where I have to replace the batteries daily. I'm still waiting to hear back from my last correspondence with them from three days ago.If this is typical of their products and support, I recommend going with a different lock manufacturer with local support.
