You can find bluetooth-only door handles for half the price.- You need to choose between fingerprint operation and bluetooth - you can't have both.- The product page hilariously makes mention of "6 ways to unlock", and enumerates 4.- Their manual and web instructions make reference to menus in the Tuya app that don't exist. Hint: use the "Lock (BLE)" icon under "Camera and Lock" when adding device to the Tuya app.- Seems like some light automation features are available, but the menus are written in a very poor English and it's hard to understand what they do.- All the images on the product page show, at the time of this writing, a different app that is (maybe) connected to the lock.- There is no pass-thru capability, it locks automatically after a few seconds. If someone forgot their phone connected inside, you're pretty much locked out literally.- To their benefit, the product looks sturdy and is easy to install, thus the one bright shining star on my rating.This fingerprint lock is very convenient to install.
